How to find and use recovery code?

If you lose access to your Multi-Factor Authentication, you can regain access to your account using recovery codes. These codes may be saved to Download Recovery Codes pdf from the downloads folder. 

After entering your username and password, you'll be directed to the multi-factor authentication page. From there, choose the "Try another method" option and then select "Use recovery codes".

Enter the 9-digit recovery codes and click Verify. Upon utilizing your recovery code, the Multi-Factor Authentication feature will be deactivated. You will need to enable multi-factor authentication again.
