I have entered the OTA/Verification code received from Tax990, but it shows that I have entered an incorrect code. How to fix this issue?

Below are the possible reasons for the incorrect error message.
- It will not be accepted if you requested a new OTA/Verification code but entered the old code.
- Attempting to use the code after its expiration time will result in it being rejected.
Try generating a new code by clicking “Resend Code” and enter the same in your account before expiration.
