Rejection Message: 

If "Amended Return" is not checked, then the taxpayer TIN in the Return Header must not be the same as a TIN of a previously accepted paper return for the return type and tax period indicated in the tax return.

What does it mean:

The organization has already paper-filed a return with the same EIN to the IRS. In this case, the IRS would have rejected the return.

Resolution:

If the organization is filing an amended return with the IRS, make sure to check the Amended return checkbox before paper-filing the return.
