If Form 990-EZ, Part V, Line 44a checkbox "Yes" is checked, then Form 990 must be filed instead.
What does it mean:
The organization that maintained any donor advised funds during the tax year must have filed Form 990-EZ instead of Form 990. In this case, the IRS would have rejected the return.
Resolution:
If your organization maintains any donor advised funds for the tax year, then it must file Form 990 with the IRS.
