The user I invited couldn't review the return. What should I do next?

If your reviewer cannot access your organization's return, it could be because you have not completed your payment.

Users won't be able to access incomplete returns with pending payment statuses. To fix this, complete your payment process for the return from your Tax990 account.

Here's how to complete the payment process.

  1. On the Dashboard, click Continue where you left off or the return you want to complete and pay for.
  2. Provide the required details in the necessary sections and click Next.
  3. After completing the Review and Audit process, you will be directed to the Service Fees Page. On this page, you can make the payment.

Once the payment process is completed, the corresponding return's payment status will be updated to PAID in your Tax990 account.

The user (Reviewer) will now gain access to your organization's return in the Reviewers & Approvers portal, from which they can choose to review and approve electronically.
