If your reviewer cannot access your organization’s return, it could be because you have not completed your payment.
Users won’t be able to access incomplete returns with pending payment statuses. To fix this, complete your payment process for the return from your ExpressTaxExempt account.
Here’s how to complete the payment process.
Once the payment process is completed, the corresponding return's payment status will be updated to PAID in your ExemptTaxExempt account.
Now, the user (Reviewer) will gain access to your organization’s return in the Reviewers & Approvers portal, which they can choose to review and approve electronically.
