990-PF 990-N 990-EZ 990 8868 1120-POL

The purpose of Schedule H is to report information on a hospital organization's activities, policies, and community benefits, as well as other non-hospital healthcare units operated during the tax year. The facilities that operated directly or either through disregarded entities or joint ventures should also be reported.

A hospital organization that operated at any time during the tax year in at least one hospital facility which was licensed, registered, or at least recognized as a Hospital by the state must file and attach Schedule H along with Form 990.

If your organization is required to report schedules other than A, B, and G, we recommend choosing our interview-based filing method.
